Thanks to your support, the Heart & Vascular Center renovations are complete, and FCHC now has two state-of-the-art Cath Labs—allowing patients to receive life-saving care close to home, without transfer to larger hospitals. Nearly all heart and vascular procedures can now be performed locally, with the exception of open-heart surgery.
In 2024, our Capital Campaign brought the Heart & Vascular Center to life. In 2025, we focused on heart and vascular awareness, prevention, and care—because healthy hearts matter. In 2026, we are continuing that momentum by supporting efforts like the Fulton County Heart Radiothon through promoting AED use in our communities, sharing patient success stories that highlight the impact of care close to home, and continuing fundraising events that bring our community together while sharing our mission and ongoing efforts.

The FCHC Foundation has been started to assist Fulton County Health Center in meeting their mission to serve the community by promoting and providing the means for continued health and wellness. Fulton County Health Center has a strategic plan in place in order to continue to provide services to the Fulton County community. This strategic plan is referred to as “The 100 Year Plan”. With the implementation of the FCHC Foundation, we will be able to make large strides towards fulfilling the various components of the plan. The Foundation will assist FCHC with the improvement of our community’s health.
