William Simpkins was raised in Fulton County, raised his son in Wauseon and currently resides in Wauseon with his wife. Mr. Simpkins has been with Fulton County Health Center since 2011 and works as the Director of Facilities. William is a former member of the Corrections Center of NW Ohio Advisory Board and Sterling Investment Board. He is also a member of the Wauseon Rotary Club, Wauseon Masonic Lodge #349, and Wauseon Cruise Night.
Brian Stuckey was raised in Wauseon and graduated from Wauseon High School in 1996. He attended Spring Arbor University where he played golf and majored in Psychology. For the past 19 years, he has held various roles within the sales department at Sauder Woodworking Co. Most recently he has held the position of VP of Sales, but he is in the process of transitioning into the role of VP of Sauder Global Sourcing. He resides in Wauseon with his wife, who is a teacher at Wauseon High School, and 2 sons who both attend Wauseon High School. Brian’s mom was employed by FCHC for 39 years in the roles of unit clerk, medical records and corporate & community wellness. Brian currently serves as Vice Chair on the board of Avenues for Autism in Toledo, OH. Brian is an avid golfer and enjoys supporting Wauseon Athletics, specifically the Golf and Wrestling programs.
David Gerken was born and raised in Fulton County. David is a 1990 Graduate of Delta High School and a 1994 graduate of The Defiance College, where he played basketball for 4 years. Mr. Gerken has 30 years of commercial banking experience and manages the Commercial Banking team and member of the Senior Management team at F&M Bank in Archbold. David resides in Wauseon with his wife and their daughter. He is a member of the Wauseon Rotary Club, Board Member of Triangular Processing and was also elected to the Executive Board of Directors for the Fulton County Economic Development Corporation.
Jana Raabe was born and raised in Fulton County and is a proud graduate of Wauseon High School. She continued her education at Ohio University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health, and later returned to Fulton County to complete her Master of Public Health at the University of Toledo.
Jana has been part of the Fulton County Health Center team for nearly five years and is enjoying her new role as Director of the Fulton County Health Center Foundation. She is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and serves on the American Heart Association’s Executive Leadership Team for the 2025 Heart Ball.
Jana would like to thank the Fulton County community for their continued support of the Foundation. Your generosity and involvement make a meaningful difference, and she looks forward to building on that strong foundation together.
